3. Probation & Confirmation

5. Background Verification
This offer is conditional upon satisfactory completion of a comprehensive background check covering identity, address, education, employment history, criminal records, and reference checks, conducted by MPloyChek (mploychek.com) or a designated agency. Any material inaccuracy discovered before or after joining will render this offer void or lead to immediate termination.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Confidential Information includes, without limitation, trade secrets, client lists, financial data, product roadmaps, and proprietary processes.

7. Intellectual Property Assignment
All work product, inventions, software, processes, designs, or other intellectual property created by you in the course of your employment shall be the sole property of [Company Name]. You hereby assign all rights, title, and interest in such work product to the Company.

8. Non-Solicitation
During employment and for [12] months thereafter, you agree not to solicit, recruit, or engage any employee, contractor, or client of [Company Name] for competitive purposes.
