How prepaid pricing works
A simple guide to prepaid credits, check pricing, and what a bundle covers.
The idea in one minute
Each type of background check has a fixed credit price. When you run a verification case for a candidate, credits are deducted for the checks in that case.

What does a ₹10,000 bundle get you?
A prepaid bundle buys credits, not "cases". How many candidates you can verify depends on the bundle you choose for each role.
₹10,000 buys 10,500 credits — about ₹1 per credit, with bundle bonus credits.
Effective rate: ₹0.95 per credit (10,000 ÷ 10,500).
Using the example above, a Sales Exec case costs 2,100 credits. With ₹10,000 (10,500 credits), that's roughly 5 Sales Exec cases (10,500 ÷ 2,100).
How larger bundles reduce your effective cost
If a larger bundle gives you more credits per rupee, your effective cost per case drops, even though the case still costs 2,100 credits.
