Every company starts with a question. For MPloyChek it was simple — "can we make trust digital?"
In late 2022, while working with organisations on digital transformation, our founders kept hitting the same gap: trust in verification. Background verification was still manual, fragmented, and often unreliable. Recruiters spent hours chasing confirmations, employers decided on incomplete data, and candidates were left in the dark about their own information.
The problem wasn't just slowness — it was a lack of trust in the process itself.
So we set out to rebuild verification around technology, transparency, and integrity — combining blockchain for authenticity, AI for validation, and automation for speed, so every record can tell its own verified story.
Today MPloyChek isn't just digitising background checks — it's changing how organisations verify, trust, and work with people.
