- This website/mobile application is owned and maintained by NSQ Tech Private Limited (“hereinafter referred to as “NSQ Tech”). By accessing or using any of our services, the Potential Employee agrees that he/ she have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how the he/she subscribe to or use the services.
- If Potential Employee does not want to be bound by the Terms, the he/she must not subscribe to or use our services and leave the website immediately.
- The Potential Employee understands and acknowledge that NSQ Tech Private Limited shall be rendering verification services to the Proposed Employer.
- The Potential Employee may be explained about such services proposed to be undertaken by the Proposed Employer. The Potential Employee hereby authorizes NSQ Tech, its vendors, its designated agents and representatives to conduct a comprehensive review of the background about the Potential Employee’s employment data/information/details (present/past), financial, commercial, matrimonial, criminal, drug history and professional background verification, which may include additional information, including but not limited to tenure, employment, remuneration, education, address, marital, professional, financial, commercial, creditworthiness or any other information obtained from past employers/suggested references/any other sources as may be deemed fit, to whom the Potential Employee may have provided consent to share such information / Feedback with NSQ Tech etc.
- The Potential Employee understands and agree that NSQ Tech is relying on the information provided to it. Therefore, NSQ Tech is not responsible or liable for accuracy or completeness of the information provided to it from such sources.
- The Potential Employee understands and confirms that NSQ Tech may share its feedback/verification report(s) with the Proposed Employer or may utilise it during the course of its business. NSQ Tech may retain the information contained in the said feedback/verification report and any update thereto without any restrictions, reservation or expiration. The Potential Employee also understands and agree that NSQ Tech may use my information/details to review and analyse market trends or other research and study work and prepare a database, publish the same and for any other business purpose as may be deemed fit by the NSQ Tech.
- The Potential Employee understands that the data/information/details may be collected, stored, retained or processed anywhere and not necessarily within the jurisdiction of the country in which NSQ Tech is located where the Potential Employee currently reside, or where was or am temporarily located, and have no objection for the same.
- The Potential Employee understands and confirm that when he/she shares any data/information/details with Proposed Employer or with NSQ Tech either directly or through its Agent, it is solely at their own discretion. The Potential Employee is fully and completely responsible for the references/sources (present/past) to share the information with the NSQ Tech and for authorizing NSQ Tech to request and obtain my feedback/report from the NSQ Tech.
- The Potential Employee recognizes and acknowledges that the accuracy, validity or completeness of the feedback/report provided by NSQ Tech is not guaranteed and the Potential Employee shall release NSQ Tech and its parent, sister, affiliated companies, successors and assigns and its and their directors, officers, agents, employees and independent contractors (collectively, ”NSQ Tech’s Affiliates”) from any liability for any negligence and from any loss, damages, expenses, costs or obligations of any kind and nature whatsoever suffered by me resulting directly or indirectly from the inaccuracy, invalidity or incompleteness of the Report.
- The Potential Employee understands and confirm that the NSQ Tech’s Affiliates are not responsible for any losses which the Potential Employee may incur or any damages which may arise as a result of the feedback/verification report carried out by NSQ Tech on the basis of the Data/information/details either provided either directly or through any third person.
- The Potential Employee understands and hereby authorizes NSQ Tech from releasing the data/information/details pertaining to the Potential Employee which an individual, company, firm, corporation, or public agency may have. The Potential Employee authorizes the full release of the information described above, without any reservation, through all the details to do my Background Verification.
- The Potential Employee hereby release NSQ Tech and its agents, officials, representatives, or assigned agencies, including officers, employees, or related personnel both individually and collectively, from all liabilities of whatever kind, which may at any time, result the Potential Employee, his/her heirs, family or associates because of compliance with this authorization and request to relapse.
- The Potential Employee certify that all information provided to NSQ Tech either directly or indirectly is/are correct to the best of his/her knowledge. Any false statements provided to NSQ Tech either directly or indirectly will be considered just cause for the termination of their employment with the Potential Employer at any time.
- The Potential Employee further agrees that terms and conditions specified in this document the Proposed Employer and the same have been voluntarily consented to.
