MPloyChek conducts employment checks through a hybrid, two-step process. The first step is digital, utilizing API-based access to the Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) database using the candidate's Unique Account Number (UAN). This retrieves employment history details.
The second step is manual, with MPloyChek directly contacting previous employers for additional information, including job designation, performance, and specific queries outlined by the recruiter. If the candidate lacks a UAN or worked with non-EPFO registered employers, the process defaults to a comprehensive manual check.
